Absolutely! The whole point of our initial 60- 75 minute consultation is so you get to try on your favourite looks in-person at our Ryde showroom. Our in-store sample ranges from size 8 to 16 and we hold plus size samples for a select number of dresses. However, discontinued and discounted gowns may have limited size options.

Yes—every gown on sale is inspected for quality. Some may have been tried on in-store, but we never put dresses on the sale rack if they’re damaged beyond minor wear. If there’s a small flaw (like a loose bead or mark), we’ll point it out so you can make an informed decision.

Some sale gowns are available for same-day pick-up, if they’re the right fit for you. If you’re shopping with a short timeline, let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Yes, all sale gowns at Emerald Bridal are final sale. Because these dresses are heavily discounted—sometimes up to 70% off—we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

We encourage you to try on gowns carefully and ask as many questions as you need before making a decision.
