From the moment I had my first consultation at Emerald Bridal, the ladies, Elena and Josephine, were so incredibly lovely and welcoming. The boutique is beautifully presented and the dresses are just gorgeous. Elena and Josephine are so helpful and assisted me in finding the perfect Wedding dress for my day. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. Emerald Bridal is an amazing boutique, with attentive staff. I appreciate the time taken to make me feel comfortable and to ensure that my needs were met. The extra mile was taken, and I appreciate the recommendations for bridal seamstresses also. I entered quite unsure if I was going to find a dress as I had a tight turn around time before my wedding, however was able to leave with a beautiful gown off the rack gown that fit so well. I would highly recommend Emerald Bridal for any future Brides.

I cannot recommend Emerald Bridal more highly! They helped me source, try and find the dress of my dream which they didn’t even have in stock. Throughout my whole experience the team were so lovely, took all the time I needed, were helpful and supportive, offering suggestions where relevant but not pushing any opinions.

Absolutely stunning bridal shop. This was my first stop when dress shopping and wow, they set the bar high! Josephine took incredible care of me and was so patient. I went to 3 other shops and ended up coming back to Emerald and buying the first Modeca gown I tried on. If you are looking for an elegant designer gown at really an incredible price, this is the shop for you. Fabulous selection and the space is really comfortable with nice lighting and spots for guests to sit.

I'd highly recommend Emerald Bridal to any future bride! I had a fantastic experience with Emerald Bridal from the first time I went to the shop to try on dresses through to getting recommendations of where to have the dress altered. I went here a couple of months ago, and can’t get over how good the customer service was here. Even though I didn’t get my dress from this store, the customer service from the ladies here made me so happy, they were such good energies, the girls and I were giggling the whole time it was such a wonderful experience. I had a wonderful experience on my appointment at Emerald Bridal. They were very considerate to find me an earlier booking since my wedding is only a few months away.
