This was the first place I booked for my fitting and I found my dress 🤗 Josephine was super helpful, attentive and friendly. I’m not a dress person at all and she made me feel so comfortable. My friends and I very much enjoyed the whole experience. Would highly recommend coming here!

It was my first time shopping for a wedding dress and I was feeling a little confused and nervous, Elena was so supportive during the consultation as she showed me variety of dresses from the rack and asked me questions on what I like and don’t like about those dresses until I found the right one which caught my eye at first I instantly knew that was the dress for me. All the staff were so kind and supportive in giving good feedback on the dress I chose and a big thanks to Elena for supporting me all this way in helping me to pick the right dress for me. ☺️

Incredible service! I had such a wonderful experience being helped by Josephine who was absolutely amazing. She took the time to really understand what I wanted and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout the entire experience. The dresses we super beautiful and unique. I loved the lace they had on lots of the dresses. For the fitting there were no photos allowed (they are open about this when booking which is good though) which made it tricky for me to remember what the dresses looked like after the appointment, and tricky to compare with others I've tried. My stylist was kind and helpful, and had really good advice and suggestions. She was welcoming and made me feel good about my choices of dress too. I want to 10star my experience for my forst and only dress fitting appointment... Elena was beautiful, no pressure or over compensating compliments when dressing and spending time admiring... From the moment I walked into Emerald Bridal, they made the entire experience fun and completely stress-free. My lovely stylist, Josephine, was absolutely wonderful.
