Emerald Bridal was the first store I visited in my journey to finding my dream wedding dress. I was looked after by Elena and she was so friendly, attentive and accommodating. Elena took my inspiration pictures and budget into consideration and I ended up saying yes to the first dress she pulled for me! Emerald Bridal have been absolutely amazing every step of the way! They were the first store I went to but I had a couple more booked afterwards, so did not say yes at the time. Had a dress fitting at Emerald Bridal today and was looked after by Josephine! Could not recommend her or Emerald Bridal more! She made the whole experience a memorable one and was really accommodation and gave great feedback and recommendations. I just picked up my dress from Emerald Bridal and am absolutely in love! Big kudos to Elena, who pulled the dress of my dreams immediately and made sure we could get it in the few short months before the big day. Elena and Sandra made the overwhelming experience of dress shopping so easy and stress free, I can't recommend them enough.

Elena was exceptionally helpful with picking out the dresses and suggesting different adjustments to the dress to make it more suitable to my liking. Great selection of bridal dresses and awesome customer service. Overall a very good experience.

Sandra and Elena, were both so amazing. Sandra was sincere and so efficient it helping me to organise a last minute appointment. Elena was incredible. She got a feel for what I liked and didn't like and picked two beautiful dresses for me (one which I had to come back and try on)! She was very respectful and made me feel comfortable trying on all these dresses and really took the time to help me narrow down what I liked and didnt like. Elena is absolutely wonderful, so warm and accommodating. They got a range of so many great quality beautiful dresses and with very reasonable prices. I was panicking coz my wedding is in three months time but Elena tried her best to make sure to meet my requirements. I got this amazing dress and couldn't stop smiling. Thanks again Elena.

Emerald bride were fantastic, I personally ran late for my appointment (I did ring to inform them). Unfortunately they didn’t have much variety in larger sizes on a smaller budget

Found my dress on the first bridal appointment at Emerald Bridal!!! I had an excellent appointment with Josephine! She made me feel so comfortable and listened to what I wanted and help me try on all sorts of styles then with her help, I was able find my perfect dress! She made sure my family and I had a perfect experience. All the staff were very friendly and made it feel like we were talking to friends we have known all our lives. I highly recommend!

It was my first day wedding dress shopping and had been to one store earlier in the day before coming to Emerald Bridal. I was feeling very overwhelmed / indecisive but once i started trying on dresses here i felt a lot more at ease and absolutely loved the beautiful feel in the store and how intimate and personal the experience was. A great boutique with affordable options catering to a range of styles. The service was great, consultant Elena was wonderful. I also appreciate access to an in house seamstress to handle alterations.
