Nice boutique, friendly staff. Note: you cannot take photos or videos of any dress you try on. Ultimately I didn't get my dress here because I just couldn't remember/easily compare what I had tried on at different stores, and thus didn't go back. It definitely contibuted to me not purchasing a dress here. I hope they change this policy because a wedding gown is one of the most special pieces you'll buy in you're life, and it's important to be able to look through photos and consider - I thought it was a bit silly to not be able to take photos when your spending thousands of dollars. Emerald bridal provided such an amazing experience when looking for my dress especially because it was the first time trying them on. The staff were amazing and so supportive and really knew what looked good and listened to what I wanted in a dress

Elena was absolutely amazing! She was so kind and helpful and I loved that she was honest about what styles and shapes suited me. My mum and grandma had to drive up from Bathurst so they missed my appointment and Elena squeezed me in again that same day so they could see my dream dress, which I ended up buying. The whole shopping experience at Emerald Bridal bested any other. Incredible!

I had an amazing experience at Emerald Bridal. Although I didn't find my dream dress there, the team are lovely and made me feel so comfortable! Emerald Bridal was the first place I went to, and there was no need to see anywhere else. Besides having the perfect dress (with hidden big pockets!!), they made the experience of finding a wedding dress so amazingly special with such wonderful staff!
