Amazing customer service provided by Sandra, the boutique is lovely, their dresses are very well maintained and the location is convenient with plenty of parking spaces just a few meters from the shop. Highly recommended.

I would have to say that out of all the bridal shops we visited, we probably had the best experience at Emerald Bridal. Sandra, the hostess, was very down to earth. She made the experience so pleasant and easy. She was patient, realistic and not your typical pushy sales person. Just wow! My dress was absolutely beautiful and I got so many wonderful comments. All the staff were great throughout the whole process. The store is so well laid out, has a great range and style of gowns in a wide range of sizes and budgets. Sandra was very helpful, professional and accomodating in spite of me ordering the dress quite late. However, she made sure that dress arrives way ahead and arranged two back to back fittings for me.
