Absolutely the place to go if you want to feel like a princess. I received a one on one private appointment where my party and I had the run of the whole boutique. The ladies go above and beyond in every way, from helping you choose the perfect dress to sorting out payment options that suit your needs. Both my first appointment and fitting were wonderful and not once did I feel rushed or was dismissed as I have been at other stores. Sandra is absolutely amazing. Even on the day when I called to book an appointment, she has already been helpful with tailoring to my needs and preferences over the phone. I got my dress elsewhere before the date - when I called in to let her know and cancel the appointment, she was very happy for me and during our chat has suggested many many wedding-related contacts. I bought my wedding dress here today!! Thanks Sandra for extraordinary service. All the dresses are so beautiful that I don't even want to take them off. And the prices are very competitive as well comparing with similar level stores. I would recommend Emerald Bridal to all brides-to-be! :)

I visited 3 wedding dress shops & out of three this is the one I am not giving 5 stars. The main reason being I felt the service not as good as the others, I had to kind of make my own direction with the dresses without much input from them & I was constantly being tossed between 2 different ladies helping me,I felt second class. The other reason is there selection of dresses I found was really limited to two different styles either Fish tail or Chiffon. However if you are really into the Fish tail look or chiffon fabric this is the place for you!

I had the most wonderful experience at Emerald Bridal. Sandra was so lovely and helpful and let me try on as many gowns as I needed and gave me such helpful feedback on each. Thanks Sandra for such an amazing experience at Emerald Bridal. My husband and I were pleased to have met her. She was patient, attentive and she made recommendations with our requirements in mind. She made me feel at ease while trying on different dress styles. In fact we bought our wedding dress on our very first visit. Sandra made sure everything was in place every step of the way from alteration to the final fitting of the dress. Definitely one of the stops you have to make if you are looking for a dress!

My experience at Emerald Bridal was better than any other bridal stores. The store had a great selection of dresses; plenty of styles to choose from. Emerald Bridal was the first and only stop I had made in my quest for my bridal gown. In short, it was such an amazing experience ! Sandra and Eden were so so kind, patient and considerate. They weren't pushy at all and were very helpful in finding something in my price range unlike some other places can be (experience as a bridesmaid).
