Emerald Bridal was the first wedding dress shop on my list to visit because I visited before with a friend for her dress-fitting and I loved how welcoming and friendly the staff were. They left a great first impression, and when I went in for my own dress-fitting a year later, it was no different :)
Sandra was very efficient with choosing out different sets of dresses, and was always open to communicate and help me bounce ideas for what worked best for me. The whole process was very interpersonal, which I believe is a crucial part in helping the brides choose their perfect dress.

I have had the best customer experience with Sandra for picking my dress. She was so patient with me and listened to my needs and made recommendations based on that. I found my dream dress at Emerald Bridal. It was the seventh or eight bridal shop that I'd been to over four weeks and I was exhausted. I found them on the easy weddings app and essentially went there because they had a stunning dress on their Instagram and website. Booking an appointment was easy, and Sandra and the team were great. FANTASTIC SERVICE
My mother and I came in last Saturday and Elena and Sandra spent a couple of hours with us even though we were walk-in customers.
