After visiting 10 bridal stores I went back to Emerald Bridal to purchase my wedding dress. Sandra was professional, caring, friendly and responsive. Her store is well presented with a cute selection of dresses.
During my visits, it felt comfortable and felt like I was shopping with a friend. Sandra provides you with honest feedback and gives you direction on what you should be looking for (great for brides who don't exactly know what they're looking for). I said yes to the dress!!!👰🏻♀️💞 Eleanor was so lovely. Now that im reading reviews i hope her name was not Elena. Anyway she was so patient and lovely and had a lot of knowledge about alterations. I was able to facetime my family and show them the different dresses. She was openminded to my different style request but i only needed to try on 3 before i found the one. Emerald was the first bridal shop I went into... and the last! Sandra confirmed my booking via email, and was very welcoming and friendly. She helped me chose a variety of styles to try on, and gave very helpful suggestions about the colour/style and shape of dress I seemed to be after. Going to Emerald Bridal was such a memorable experience - it was my first time trying on bridal gowns, and Sandra helped me through all my options with her expertise on the dresses, and was so accommodating with my questions and time deliberating.
