As I only plan to do this once, I visited Emerald Bridal with minimal expectations. I felt nervous and accepted I may have to visit a few places. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the EB team, and was supported by Elena through out my appointment. Wow, I cannot speak more HIGHLY of their professionalism, and I was suddenly put at ease... Although I had been to 3-4 other bridal shops before with polite and kind people, I never felt so looked after and cared for by Sandra last Saturday! It felt so genuine and natural that Sandra cared about my wedding day and I even showed her photos of my venue to ask for her advice about what dress suited best! She then went above and beyond to recommend florals and makeup artists afterwards!
I am such a hesitant person but with Sandra's warm guidance, I really felt that I got the right dress for me! Great service goes a mile. I don't think I could've purchased anywhere else!

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing! I'm 5 months out from our big day and I called to make an appointment knowing it was a tight time frame but was reassured I could find something and the ladies weren't wrong!
Lovely selections in the samples range meant I found THE dress! Something completely different but so "me". Elena was so warm and friendly and not pushy at all. She gave us time and space to make (an easy) decision. My mum flew down from Northern Territory after not seeing her for over 2.5yrs and Elena made it that little more sweeter!
