I cannot recommend a nicer placer to enjoy the whole experience of finding your dress. The women working here are super lovely and caring and you don't just feel like a number. I love my dress and I really enjoyed everytime I had to visit the store.

Elena was absolutely amazing! She was so kind and helpful and I loved that she was honest about what styles and shapes suited me. My mum and grandma had to drive up from Bathurst so they missed my appointment and Elena squeezed me in again that same day so they could see my dream dress, which I ended up buying. The whole shopping experience at Emerald Bridal bested any other. Incredible!

Highly recommend Elena and Sandra! My experience with Emerald was amazing from the start. They were quick with emails and confirmed my booking the day before. I had Elena and she was perfect. I had the best experience at Emerald Bridal. 6 weeks out from my wedding the original dress arrived and the measurement were wrong. Sandra at Emerald bridal made me feel so welcomed and at ease, helping me try on a mix of off the rack and ready to wear gowns, she took all my stress away. I found a dress I loved (probably more than the original I chose). It was perfect, Sandra was amazing, because it was off the rack it needed some alterations and she put me in touch with a brilliant seamstress, the dress was so incredible. I cannot rate Sandra and Emerald Bridal enough!!

Emerald Bridal is great! Despite I did not purchase my wedding gown here, I highly recommend this shop to every bride! I was very lucky to be looked after by Sandra, she is really professional and thoughtful. 5 stars Bridal shop!
