Amzing service!! I love Sandra, she is so knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended for all brides. One more thing, the store decoration is cozy and gorgeous. It gives people a feeling of wanting to be there all the time. There are so many dresses, I felt like I got lost into fairy world.

My experience at Emerald Bridal was better than any other bridal stores. The store had a great selection of dresses; plenty of styles to choose from. Emerald Bridal was the first and only stop I had made in my quest for my bridal gown. In short, it was such an amazing experience ! Sandra and Eden were so so kind, patient and considerate. They weren't pushy at all and were very helpful in finding something in my price range unlike some other places can be (experience as a bridesmaid). Absolutely lovely experience searching for my gown there. Sandra was so helpful, lovely, and in no way pushy unlike every other store I went into bar one where a friend worked. The store is very nice and there isn't an intimidating amount of stock. Which made choosing choosing my dress from this store all the more enjoyable of an experience! I went there only last weekend and it has definitely made my day. Wedding preps is definitely beyond my imaginations, despite how simple i like it to be. Emerald Bridal or Sandra to be specific, has provided what i needed most - comfort and welcoming. She is super warm, kind and in no way showing rush or stress (knowing she is under staff and a full booking appointments on the day). Sandra was absoutely lovely! From squeezing me in for an appointment last minute (3 hours beforehand) to showing me the dresses, she was amazingly patient and so lovely about everything! Although I didn't find what I wanted, she told me that there will be a new collection coming up in June and said there would be some pieces that I would love! I'll definitely recommend Emerald Bridal and I'll definitely be back to check out their new arrivals!

Emerald Bridal is one in a million. Sandra was very attentive & helpful in finding the perfect dress for me. She really cared about finding a dress that met my specific needs instead of persuade me to buy one of their many gorgeous dresses from the rack. I joined my best friend who is getting married next year to the Emerald Bridal shop in Ryde and had an amazing experience. Sandra is lovely and very patient and helpful. The collection of dresses is just stunning and with lots of variations. This is definitely the best wedding dress shop I have visited.
