Emerald was the first bridal shop I went into... and the last! Sandra confirmed my booking via email, and was very welcoming and friendly. Going to Emerald Bridal was such a memorable experience - it was my first time trying on bridal gowns, and Sandra helped me through all my options with her expertise on the dresses, and was so accommodating with my questions and time deliberating. Emerald Bridal was the first wedding dress shop on my list to visit because I visited before with a friend for her dress-fitting and I loved how welcoming and friendly the staff were. They left a great first impression, and when I went in for my own dress-fitting a year later, it was no different :)

I have had the best customer experience with Sandra for picking my dress. She was so patient with me and listened to my needs and made recommendations based on that. I found my dream dress at Emerald Bridal. It was the seventh or eight bridal shop that I'd been to over four weeks and I was exhausted.
