Although I had been to 3-4 other bridal shops before with polite and kind people, I never felt so looked after and cared for by Sandra last Saturday! It felt so genuine and natural that Sandra cared about my wedding day and I even showed her photos of my venue to ask for her advice about what dress suited best! She then went above and beyond to recommend florals and makeup artists afterwards! I am such a hesitant person but with Sandra's warm guidance, I really felt that I got the right dress for me! Great service goes a mile. I don't think I could've purchased anywhere else!

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing! I was really impressed with the excellent personal customer service at Emerald Bridal. Sandra was quick to respond to emails and phone calls. At the store, she spent a lot of time taking me through options in a way that made me feel totally comfortable and unpressured. She went out of her way to seek out a dress for me in a short timeframe when I booked my wedding with 3 months notice! We bought 2 wedding dresses for my wife and I here at Emerald Bridal. We had a great experience with Elena, she made us feel comfortable and knew which dresses we would suit, and she was completely correct! Amazing experience and a big range of dresses in all sizes. I'm more on the petite side so it was so good to find that there were some dresses in my size. Elena and Sandra were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. The fitting rooms were quite pretty as well.
