Emerald was the first bridal shop I went into... and the last! Sandra confirmed my booking via email, and was very welcoming and friendly. She helped me chose a variety of styles to try on, and gave very helpful suggestions about the colour/style and shape of dress I seemed to be after. I walked away with the dress that day... couldn't be more any more satisfied with the entire experience! Highly recommended!

I found my dream dress at Emerald Bridal. It was the seventh or eight bridal shop that I'd been to over four weeks and I was exhausted. I found them on the easy weddings app and essentially went there because they had a stunning dress on their Instagram and website. Booking an appointment was easy, and Sandra and the team were great. The fitting went well. They had the dress I was looking for but suggested I try a couple just in case. The dress I was after was perfect. It was not something I would have selected at the start of my search but it was breathtaking. Others in the shop were also complimenting it on me. I ended up getting the dream dress, it shipped during COVID and now we're months to the wedding. I cannot speak more highly of Sandra and the team and highly recommend checking them out during your search.

Emerald bridal was the first and only bridal shop I visited where I met Sandra and Crystal. I had no idea what to expect and only had a mild idea of the kind of dress I was interested in. It was a huge relieved as they were both extremely warm and friendly and instantly made me feel at ease. I got to try on an assortment of different styles of dresses, which was good as that helped me understand what I truly wanted or would look good in.During the consultation, I was also made aware that they do not do in-house alterations, and was redirected to someone external that works closely with their bridal shop, which I personally don't think was any issue at all. Emerald Bridal was probably one of the first few wedding dress shops I made an appointment with. At this stage I was feeling quite overwhelmed and unsure of what kind of wedding dress I wanted - but from the get go, Sandra was so warm and welcoming. Not only did she make me feel comfortable, Sandra demonstrated professionalism and a keen knowledge of not only the bridal industry, but also a great attention to detail in efficiently and thoughtfully assessing what styles suited me. Though I did not end up getting my dress from Emerald Bridal (though Sandra introduced me to a beautiful dress and veil that came so so close!) Out of all the bridal boutiques I visited in Sydney in search of my wedding dress, it was one of the places where I felt most at ease. Where can I begin?Emerald Bridal was the first store I've visited on my journey to find the perfect dress.When my bridesmaids and I have walked into our store for a private appointment, we were nervous and didn't know what to expect.But everything came in to place when Sandra took us in; she has asked me few questions and chose range of styles. She was attentive, respectful, honest and genuine as she was assisting me to find "the dress" for me. Sandra has made sure that I've felt very special and my bridesmaids were having a great time. She had lot of innovative ideas to enhance the dress to fit me better, which has surprised all of us!We had another appointment same day in the Sydney CBD and when we have went to that appointment, it was so different and I knew I had to go back to Emerald Bridal. Althought they had more variety of dresses at reasonable prices, I just couldn't get over with the wonderful experience I had at Emerald Bridal.I've ended up choosing a dress that I thought I would never be able to pull off. But the design is unique, I wasn't able to find anything quite similar to it. It is perfect and I'm in love with my dress. Emerald Bridal at Top Ryde has to be the best bridal boutique in Sydney - I was 100% sure i could "say yes to the dress" i chose.The store is so well laid out, has a great range and style of gowns in a wide range of sizes and budgets. I was made to feel special in the shop, the bridal consultant listened to what i wanted and helped me to find my perfect gown, she offered suggestions on what would suit me, she wasn't pushy like other shops and let me browse from the awesome range of gowns. I had been to other shops and felt pressured to buy a gowns i was not in love with or were out of my budget. At Emerald Bridal they were attentive, helpful and not overbearing, they let me try on a range of gowns. When I found the gown i was 100% in love with that suited me and my personality and made me feel like the bell of the ball I just wanted to take it straight home. I am a local to the area and have seen Emerald Bridal boutique on my way to Top Ryde Shopping Centre for many years. So the opportunity came for me to be needing a wedding dress. What got me to their store is actually their excellent reviews which I came across looking for wedding dresses near me. Eager to make an appointment I emailed them and came to visit within a few days. From the get go their customer service was superb. Sandra asked a few questions such as sizing, budget and style so they could be more prepared with dresses to show me for my appointment. She is so friendly, attentive, gracious, respectful, professional and genuinely interested in helping you find your dream dress within your parameters, and lots of helpful tips and advice on how to minimize costs on alterations etc. Crystal is equally as friendly, pleasant, helpful and just a joy to deal with as well. Their range of dresses are gorgeous and well priced. Their boutique is absolutely beautiful, spacious, elegant with very flattering lighting and mirrors. The warm heater for changing is also appreciated. No high pressure sales or pushy opinions on having to buy straight away or miss out. The overall experience with the staff, the dresses, fittings was amazing. I can not recommend this boutique highly enough, if there was more than 5 stars I'd give it to them. This is the first store I went to because I got to meet Elena at the Wedding Expo and she told me about the sample sale the store was having. I got to meet Sandra on the day of my appointment & she took her time to understand the kind of dress I was looking for, but also suggested dresses that would compliment my figure. Sandra was extremely patient, understanding and so professional throughout the whole process. Emerald Bridal was the first bridal shop that I went to. I was totally clueless about what dress I like or would suit me but Sandra was so helpful in her recommendations. I fell in love with the first dress I tried on but Sandra was so professional and told me to browse around a bit more. I didn't feel pushed to make a decision at any stage (unlike some of the other stores that I visited). I eventually still decided to go with the dress from Emerald (after visiting 6 other stores) and managed to get it when it was on sale (Sandra made sure I was the first one to be informed of the discounted price!). Sandra made the dress shopping experience so much less stressful and I won't hesitate to recommend this store to anyone!

Absolutely the place to go if you want to feel like a princess. I received a one on one private appointment where my party and I had the run of the whole boutique. The ladies go above and beyond in every way, from helping you choose the perfect dress to sorting out payment options that suit your needs. Both my first appointment and fitting were wonderful and not once did I feel rushed or was dismissed as I have been at other stores. The dresses themselves are reasonably priced, but most importantly they are quality. You could see the care that had gone in to the making of each dress. None of them felt like a batch off-the-line piece, and each one had a unique feature that stood out from the rest. Absolutely worth the travel time to experience this 10/10 boutique, these 10/10 dresses and 10/10 staff. Thanks Sandra and team!
